Here is a simple thought exercise
Think about the areas that are most important to you in your life.
On a scale of 1 to 10, rate each of those areas.
Are they all a 10?
Chances are, they are not.
You now have a choice to make...
Leave them as they are or look to improve them.
There is a problem however with leaving them as they are.
Much like a fire in a fireplace.
If these things are left unattended they will slowly fade away.
